I had 3 other companies bid on a new Tankless water heater the 1st Company wanted $4800 another company was $3600 then I called payless the phone lady Joann was so nice and she told me all the things they include in their package price for $2800 the same Noritz unit the other companies were gonna use. So I saved a bunch of Money and their guy Larry was great. Larry told me Payless was Noritz’s #1 installer in California. I can tell from the Quality of the Job. he was done in one Day in about 6 hours the Same day I called. thanks guys my hubby likes it also.

I just had a Guy from Payless Come to Our Home. We thought it was the water heater. But it turned out it was just a leak on one of the copper supply lines. So My wife & I were freaking out. Cause we thought this was gonna cost a ton of money to Replace. But the Guy Chris From Payless Replaced the line in 15mins stopped the leak & saved us a bunch of money. He said just call us back when its really leaking, Thats when we will replace it! Now I can go to work. Plus I didn’t have to buy a new water heater today! Thanks everyone at payless to the phone lady to Chris Everyone was great!

I walked out into my garage this morning to find my water heater leaking all over the place. So I called Payless Water heaters and they had a guy come by about an hour later. The Plumber guy was full of knowledge & very friendly and he was able to figure out our problem and replaced it with a new water heater! It was done in about 2 hours and I was off to do my daily duties. Payless gave me great service and Im a stay at home mom and they made me feel really comfortable from the office mgr. to the plumber who completed the Job and made it look so easy he said “this is all i do is water heaters So I am very good at installing them”. looks Incredible!

I already did recommend Payless to a friend. They were at my house within about 2 hours of my first contact. The technician was very knowledgeable. He also went the extra distance to find a technician in the area, with the type of water heater I wanted in his truck, got the appliance to my house and installed it right that evening. He didn’t leave my house until about 7pm. I was grateful to have it installed so quickly and efficiently the same day.

I own a large home and my water heater was leaking it was a big one 75 gallon i think. but I had one other guy come look at it. This other plumber was crazy he wanted to charge me $6950 to change over to tankless. Larry Came in figured out our hot water needs there is only 3 people in our house he recommended a Noritz 841 Condensing unit for about $3800 he Guaranteed I would be happy and he was absolutely correct. The old water heater was in our Garage and it looks much better with the new tankless he put on side wall and we were able to take out old stand and put our refrigerator in the corner of the garage and gave us a ton more room which I really like. the job is very professional looking and larry was a super nice guys and I would gladly refer you.

Tankless Superbowl Sunday
What a great company.On superbowl sunday my wife and i left in the morning when we arrived back home there was water coming out of our garage.We called payless water heaters and spoke to a gentleman by the name of josh he helped us turn off the water heater and said he could get a technician out within the hour.That’s when brandon showed up what a great technician we started to explain to my wife and I about a noritz tankless water heater.He told us we could have never ending hot water and no more leak like we had today.I wasn’t sure at first because I did not know alot about tankless but brandon reassured me the product is fantastic.Brandon proceed to install the tankless and what a great job he did super clean work and no more big bulky water heater in my way.when brandon finished he gave us all the paperwork and showed us exatly how to work the unit.It was the best decision I have made because the heater works flawless.Thank you payless for taking care of my problem on superbowl your company is GREAT.
